Where does Naru Nutrition deliver?

 

We will deliver to most locations, any places we will not be able to deliver will be determined at checkout so please ensure the information you provide is accurate.

How long will I have to wait to get my Naru Nutrition order?

 

Typically, we fulfil Naru Nutrition orders within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic delivery to the UK will be delivered within 48hrs of purchase, unless otherwise indicated at checkout (typically extended during peak holiday seasons). Standard international shipping is usually 5-6 business days, however more detail will be provided at checkout

Our standard box of 14 sachets is formulated so that it can be posted through your letter box. If you are buying merchandise or multiple boxes then you can select the appropriate postage for your required time frame at checkout.

We are working in partnership with Huboo to fulfil our orders. Typically your Naru Revive sachets will be posted with Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour delivery. There may be circumstances that the Royal Mail will use a third party courier service such as Evri. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way from Huboo to your house.

Can I alter my order or address?

 Please contact us at infor@narunutrition.com with the words “Help” or “Urgent” in the subject line and one of our team members will try to assist you where endeavour to solve your crisis! You can contact our customer service team on 03332249521 who will endeavour to return your call within 24hrs.

Can I track my Naru Nutrition order?

After checkout our wonderful friends at Huboo will provide you with a tracking number for your parcel in your confirmation email. This can take 24hr – 48hrs to come through on an email sometimes.

Returns

At Naru Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a hassle-free returns policy that complies with UK law. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible for a return if:

  • You have purchased the product from narunutrition.com directly or through one of our authorised resellers.

  • The product is in its original condition, including all packaging.

  • You initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must not be used or opened to be returned.

2. Initiate the Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Support team at info@narunutrition.com or 03332249521 to request a return authorisation.

  • Provide them with your order number, purchase date, and a brief reason for the return.

  • You will be provided with a Huboo Reference Number (Ref 12659) for your return.

3. Packing and Sending Your Return

  • Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and outer box.

  • Clearly write the Huboo Reference Number (Ref 12659) on the outside of the package.

  • Ship the package to the following address:

  • We recommend using a traceable and insure shipping method for your return.

4. Inspection and Processing

 

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1. If your return is approved, we will process it promptly.

5. Refund or Exchange

  • For eligible returns, we offer two options:


    • Refund: If you choose a refund, the original purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    • Exchange: If you prefer an exchange for a different product, please inform our Customer Support team during the return authorisation process.

 

6. Non-Eligible Returns

We are unable to accept returns for the following:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accident.

  • Products with missing or damaged packaging or sachets.

  • Products not purchased directly from Naru Nutrition or our authorised resellers.
